Welcome to Quatermass.org.uk, the Nigel Kneale apprecaiation website ... recent updates include a new look to the site and the forum ... the main navigation bar is to the left hand side and further links at the foot of each page ...

Welcome to quatermass.org.uk. It's now nearly three years since we launched in November 2006. My, how time flies.

The essential aim of quatermass.org.uk is to record and celebrate the works of one Britain's least publicly celebrated writers, namely Nigel Kneale. For it is he who has inspired many a writer, from the chaps of The League of Gentlemen to Stephen King, but yet remains one of the most 'unheard' of wordsmiths to the man on the street.

So, really, this is website all about Nigel Kneale, but with a domain name available like quatermass.org.uk, who could resist?
It would be impossible to cover Quatermass and not mention the wonderful talents of the late Rudolph Cartier, so he will have his own pages here too ...

The site is split into sections;  the first concentrating on Kneale's work subdivided in decades Kneale's years as an active writer. Work of the work of important players such as Rudolph Cartier have their own section.  Coupled with this is a section containing interviews with people involved in the Quatermass franchise, past and present.
